📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items Policy

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging it arrived in
  3. Email or message our support team

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or store credit is eligible.

We do not cover damages caused by shipping carriers after the package is delivered, or issues reported after the 3-day window.
